Elizabeth Cady Stanton began The Women’s Suffrage Movement in 1848 at the Seneca Falls Convention when she was the first to publicly demand women’s right to vote. She later met Susan B. Anthony, and their lifelong friendship and legendary association began. In a new musical told from the unique perspective of Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton, Radical Women, The Suffragists features benchmarks in the suffrage movement and the women who made it all happen.
