Gala
Performance:

11/15/2007
at 8pm |
On April 21, 1910, the world’s most
famous author and humorist, Mark Twain,
finds himself at the gates of Heaven, defending
his life. Not so easy for the man who said,
“Go to Heaven for the climate, Hell
for the company!”
Dead Man Talking is a new production based
on Ken Richters’ original, nationally
acclaimed, one-man show Mark Twain On Tour.
Since 1981, Ken Richters as Mark Twain has
been the toast of legitimate theaters throughout
the United States and abroad, performing
more than 1,000 times in all 50 states.
This unique one-man show takes on a new
direction each time the curtain goes up.
Join us on November 15th, 2007 at 8:00pm,
as the old man reminisces with his characteristic
wit about the events of his life. Travel
back to the days of the California Gold
Rush, the Civil War, and the simple life
on the Mississippi River. Funny, thought
provoking, and occasionally politically
incorrect, you will be left with the feeling
you’ve met the man behind the words
- you have met Mark Twain.
